Want something 3D printed that’s not on our product list? No problem – that’s what our Custom Print option is for.
Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Place your order – Add Custom Print (R0.00) to your cart and check out. This creates an order number.
2️⃣ Send us your file – Email your STL or OBJ file to sales@jyprint.co.za, and include your order number in the subject or message. Tell us the material and colours.
3️⃣ We calculate your price – Based on the size, material, and finish, we’ll update your order with the correct price.
4️⃣ You confirm & pay – If you’re happy with the quote, you make the payment.
5️⃣ We print your idea – Once payment is received, we get busy printing your design and ship it straight to you.

Got an idea but no 3D model yet? That’s where we come in. With our Custom CAD Design service, we help you take your idea from a sketch (or even just a thought) to a ready-to-print 3D model.
Here’s the flow:
1️⃣ Get in touch – Contact us at sales@jyprint.co.za (or via WhatsApp/Facebook) and tell us what you need.
2️⃣ We chat it through – We’ll discuss your idea, requirements, and details (size, function, look).
👉 After this, we’ll confirm the cost for creating the CAD design.
3️⃣ We design your part – Our CAD team creates a 3D model (STL/OBJ) tailored to your needs.
4️⃣ Review & approve – You get to check the design and request tweaks if needed.
5️⃣ Print or keep the file – Once you’re happy, we can 3D print it for you OR send you the finished file.
